Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Cooperate with us in good faith throughout the term of service.
Not engage in or request any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Payment Terms
All services are billed according to the plan or custom proposal you agree to.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Full payment is due in advance of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription-based services will be billed monthly or annually as selected.
Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
We use Wire Transfers or STRIPE as a payment processor so we don’t store any payment information like credit cards.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we work diligently to improve and manage your online reputation, we do not guarantee specific rankings, reviews, or removals. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including third-party platform policies and search engine algorithms.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and proprietary strategies provided by Fenmoore Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. You may not copy, reuse, or resell our materials without written permission.
Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information you provide. You agree to keep our processes and communications confidential unless legally required otherwise.
Termination
You may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate the agreement at any time for cause (e.g., nonpayment, unlawful conduct). No refunds will be issued for remaining time or unused services.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 30 days.
